  • Chiropractic Adjustments - when joints in your body do not move freely, this can cause tightness and discomfort and can accelerate unwanted degeneration i.e. arthritis. A chiropractor will apply a gentle force with their hands, or with handheld instruments, in order to restore motion to any "restricted" joints. Sometimes a specialized table will be used to assist with these safe and effective "adjustments". Joint manipulation improves flexibility, relieves pain, and helps maintain healthy joints.
  • Cervical Traction - This active therapy will help you to stretches the posture muscles in your neck, Increases the cervical range of motion, and helps loosen up the muscles so we are able to correct your posture.
  • Sports Injuries
  • FAKTR & ConnecTX Soft Tissue Treatments - is a unique form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that uses evidence-based, research-reflective data. It utilizes a specially designed stainless steel instrument that comfortably fits various tissue shapes and curves of the body.
  • TimTam Power Massager - this massager used on overworked or overtrained muscles reduces lactic acid buildup and repairs micro-tears meaning less soreness and improved recovery times.
  • RockFloss Soft Tissue Treatments -   is a new, reusable mobility tool that can help you move better and with less pain. Unglue sticky and stiff muscles. Reduce muscle and joint pain
  • RockPods - Cupping can relieve muscle tension, help release the fascia, and physically break up adhesions or knots. Moving Cupping and Flash Cupping are especially good at doing this, as they help massage the area. Cupping helps nerves release certain neurotransmitters and endorphins which help stop the sensation of pain.
  • Spinal Traction, Disc Decompression, &  Flexion-Distraction -  technique utilizes a special table that tractions and flexes your spine in a gentle rhythmic motion. This combined movement helps to restore flexibility to restricted joints while creating a gentle negative pressure to help draw nutrients into the spinal disc and pull back bulging disc material- in much the same way stretching an accordion pulls air. Flexion-distraction is a proven and safe low-force option to help resolve various sciatic and lower back complaints.
  • Cold Low-Level Laser Therapy -  directs very specific light waves into your body to stimulate healing. Soothing therapeutic laser waves penetrate the skin and are absorbed by the cells of the tissues below. Your cells then convert this light energy into chemical energy to accelerate healing- in a similar way that plants use light energy for photosynthesis. Cold laser is also used to decrease pain & swelling.
  • Chiropractic Massage -  will use their hands to loosen tight muscles and stimulate blood flow.
  • FMT Movement Assessments -  use to assess and intervene in patients and clients with subconscious movement dysfunction.
  • FMT Mobility Specialist - offers a practical framework and a systematic approach for determining why, how, when, and where to roll for movement preparation, movement recovery, or pain relief. A variety of interventional tools (mobility balls, exercise bands, foam rollers, compression flossing bands, agility, and conditioning equipment) will be used to tackle an evidence-informed, brain-based approach to movement improvement and functional performance programming.
  • Rehabilitation & Personal Training App - download here
  • Foot Evaluation - fallen arches and faulty foot mechanics are common problems that can perpetuate your condition. Our office will carefully evaluate your feet and consider the need for a change in shoe style, arch supports, or even custom orthotics.
  • ALINE Orthotics -  an orthotic that is a suspension system instead of a bracing system. These orthotics allow us to strengthen and balance your feet and ankles as you wear them all day. They use the body’s balancing system to correct improper gait and stance. The insoles don’t fix the problem for us, our physiology does it!
  • Gait Assessment -  is the systematic study of animal locomotion, more specifically the study of human motion, using the eye and the brain of observers, augmented by instrumentation for measuring body movements, body mechanics, and the activity of the muscles.
  • Therapeutic Rehabilitation - Muscle tightness or weakness causes discomfort and alters normal joint function, leading to additional problems. Your chiropractor will target tight or weak muscles with specific therapeutic stretching and strengthening to help increase tissue flexibility, build strength, and ease the pain. Healthy, strong, and flexible muscles may help prevent re-injury.
  • PNF Stretching - proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, is a specialized stretching technique that is considered one of the most effective ways to relax tight muscles. Your chiropractor will guide you through a series of moves to repeatedly contract, relax, and progressively stretch your tight muscles. PNF stretching has been shown to help improve flexibility and performance.
  • TRX - is a form of suspension training that uses bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously.
  • DVRT - by definition is the “use of training implements that have an interior load that is not static”. DVRT uses an unstable weight along with functional movement patterns to strengthen the body in all planes of motion.
  • Kettlebell Training -  It is used to perform many types of exercises, including ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training.
  • Therapeutic Modalities - electrotherapy modalities that produce light electrical pulses transmitted through electrodes placed over your specific sites of concern. These comfortable modalities work to decrease your pain, limit inflammation, and ease muscle spasms. Hot or cold packs are often used in conjunction, to enhance the effect of these modalities.
  • Rock Blades IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation) - is another option to resolve pain and tightness in the body. This approach to fascial work reduces friction which allows for precision, sensitivity, and depth that cannot be accomplished with the hands, knuckles, elbows, etc. IASTM instruments make it easier to detect and treat fascial dysfunction. They magnify the abnormalities (scars, restrictions, and adhesions) in the fascia and make it easier to locate the area to treat. Using a tool focuses the force through an area smaller than your finger with less friction which allows a more efficient treatment. The goal is to trigger an inflammatory healing response. This will stimulate the production of new collagen and proper, functional, pain-free healing.
  • RockTape (aka Kinesio  Tape & Spider Tech Tape) - a special elastic therapeutic tape in order to support injured areas or encourage better movement. This tape is thought to decrease pain and swelling, improve circulation, and limit muscle soreness.
  • Nerve Conduction Velocity Testing -  is an important aspect of nerve conduction studies. It is the speed at which an electrochemical impulse propagates down a neural pathway. Conduction velocities are affected by a wide array of factors, including age, sex, and various medical conditions.
  • Spinal Diagnostic Ultrasound
  • Doppler Ultrasound
  • Blood Work-Based Nutrition - Good nutrition and supplementation are keys to health and healing. Our office is available to help with your nutrition and dietary supplement needs. We may make specific recommendations for dietary supplements to assist with your health.
  • Online Patient Supplement Store
  • Acupuncture- is a traditional Chinese method of stress and pain relief. A Licensed Acupuncturist (L.A.c) can use manual therapy and the insertion of thin needs into the skin to stimulate the central nervous system. Acupuncture is touted for its benefits for treating chronic pain, acute injury, and even stress and headaches.
